We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we are able to provide return, refund or exchange within 7 days provided that the goods are unused and packed in the same way when you received them. For more detail, please visit of Return and Refund section.

Our website can only be used to deliver to certain areas in Auckland and Hamilton. If your address is not included in those areas, please email us, we can sometimes still figure out a way to deliver to you. Or you can choose collection and pick up on the check out and leave notes about your delivery address.

I'm afraid we don't deliver the furniture into your houses, our driver can drop them off into your garage. He does not go upstairs or inside your house. If you really need the furniture to be delivered into your rooms, please contact one of our sales representative, and we will see whether we can organize something special.

Items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and packed in the same original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). We usually do it much quicker than 7 days, but sometimes the credit card companies or the banks may take some time to process them as well.
