Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We offer two types of delivery services depending on the size and nature of your order:

1. Truck Delivery (Large Items)

  • Service: One-person truck delivery, door-to-door.

  • Optional: We can also leave your order safely in your garage if requested.

  • Delivery Areas: Available for Auckland Metro and Hamilton Metro addresses only.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Usually delivered within 1 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Note: For heavy or bulky items, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to help the driver unload if needed.

And what's the Single Most Important thing to check when you receive your delivery? Check the Total Item Count on the packing slip. When you sign the slip, it means that you have received that total number of cartons or items from the driver.

If your address is outside Auckland or Hamilton Metro, we can arrange delivery through Mainfreight. Please contact us for a quote.

2. Courier Delivery (Small Items)

  • Service: Sent via standard courier for smaller items.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually ready within 2 working days.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Our delivery schedule for Hamilton is every Monday and Thursday, truck usually arrive at around 3pm. To ensure that your delivery is included in our upcoming schedule, please place your order by 1pm on the day before the scheduled delivery day (Please note, we are closed on Sunday in Hamilton). For example, if your preferred delivery day is Monday, please place your order by 1pm on Saturday. If your preferred delivery day is Thursday, please place your order by 1pm on Wednesday. We apologize for any inconvenience, but orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the following delivery day.

Bulk Delivery outside Auckland and Hamilton

Please choose pick up or collection in the checkout, and leave notes about where you want them to be delivered to. We will get back to you with a quote, and then you can decide whether to go ahead with the order.

Collection in Auckland

Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours of your purchase. Please come to our Panmure store and show us your order number. Most of the items can be collected in store in the same day.

Collection in Hamilton

Your order will usually be ready within 4 working days in Hamilton store. Please contact our Hamilton store to confirm that your order is ready before pick up.
